There have been a lot of enhancements to the site since the initial launch and probably when most current users or visitors signed up.  I recommend watching the quick three minute How To video to be able to get a quick look and better understanding.

Survey Enhancements

●      Users can create multiple choice surveys. 

●      Anyone can embed a survey on their site, blog, etc.

●      Send any survey via email to a friend

●      You can search for any survey on the home page

Groups

●      Users can create and join groups.

●      Groups can be public or private.

●      You can approve or disapprove anyone attempting to join your group.

Community Enhancements

●      You can search for users based on responses to survey questions.

●      You can add your twitter account and any surveys or groups you create can automatically be sent to twitter.

User Enhancements

●      In your profile section, there is a box labeled "Surveys" which shows your current category completion

●      You can expand the list and see which surveys you have or have not answered and what your answer was to them.

●      There is a check box next to each survey for you to be able to make your answers public or private when people are searching for user responses.
